Jethro Essiama Ninsin
Mr. Jethro Essiama Ninsin is a versatile and highly-organized Facilities Management Professional and a Competency Based Trained (CBT) Civil Engineer with over 5 years of professional experience managing complex projects in the Engineering and Built Environment sector. He is a well-rounded maintenance expert with experience in leading the department in a large business and solving complex situations in the least amount of time. He is well-versed in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems in addition to industrial machines. Mr. Ninsin is skilled in construction management, material handling, logistics and inventory management, project management, and facility maintenance.
He previously worked at Tullow Oil Ghana Limited as a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor and later joined Berock Ventures Limited as Construction Supervisor, Material Coordinator as well as the Project Accountant and also doubling as the engineers’ representative on the procurement team.
Mr. Ninsin, before joining GLICO, was the Construction Project Manager and a team lead for government projects at Vulcan Group Limited, where he led the execution of several projects including the construction of Winneba Fish Landing site. He also worked at Volta River Authority (VRA) as a Maintenance Engineer at the Aboadze estates and offices. Mr. Ninsin was contracted as an independent consultant for EDP Trust, a UK based NGO for the construction of a multi- purpose sports facility for Ewutu Winton Secondary School in 2019. In 2020, he was engaged by Toni Garrn Foundation, Germany, as a private consultant for the construction of an ultra-modern maternity block for Wioso Health Center in the Ashanti Region.
Mr. Ninsin is currently serving as an Estate Committee member for the Church of Pentecost, district level in Mumford. He served as the Organizing Secretary for NASPA, a union of national service personnel in the Western Region of Ghana. This was after he had served as the Public Relations Officer and Head of the Publicity Committee for the Ho Technical University Students’ Representative Council. Additionally, he served as the Project Coordinator for the Faculty of Engineering and the National Representative for the Tertiary Association of Construction Students’- Ghana for Ho Technical University. He is a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE).
Mr. Ninsin brings on board a great wealth of administrative and engineering experience to GLICO.
