Jethro Essiama Ninsin

Mr. Jethro Essiama Ninsin is a versatile and highly-organized Facilities Management Professional and a Competency Based Trained (CBT) Civil Engineer with over 5 years of professional experience managing complex projects in the Engineering and Built Environment sector. He is a well-rounded maintenance expert with experience in leading the department in a large business and solving complex situations in the least amount of time. He is well-versed in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems in addition to industrial machines. Mr. Ninsin is skilled in construction management, material handling, logistics and inventory management, project management, and facility maintenance.

He previously worked at Tullow Oil Ghana Limited as a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor and later joined Berock Ventures Limited as Construction Supervisor, Material Coordinator as well as the Project Accountant and also doubling as the engineers’ representative on the procurement team.

Mr. Ninsin, before joining GLICO, was the Construction Project Manager and a team lead for government projects at Vulcan Group Limited, where he led the execution of several projects including the construction of Winneba Fish Landing site. He also worked at Volta River Authority (VRA) as a Maintenance Engineer at the Aboadze estates and offices. Mr. Ninsin was contracted as an independent consultant for EDP Trust, a UK based NGO for the construction of a multi- purpose sports facility for Ewutu Winton Secondary School in 2019. In 2020, he was engaged by Toni Garrn Foundation, Germany, as a private consultant for the construction of an ultra-modern maternity block for Wioso Health Center in the Ashanti Region.

Mr. Ninsin is currently serving as an Estate Committee member for the Church of Pentecost, district level in Mumford. He served as the Organizing Secretary for NASPA, a union of national service personnel in the Western Region of Ghana. This was after he had served as the Public Relations Officer and Head of the Publicity Committee for the Ho Technical University Students’ Representative Council. Additionally, he served as the Project Coordinator for the Faculty of Engineering and the National Representative for the Tertiary Association of Construction Students’- Ghana for Ho Technical University. He is a member of the Ghana Institution of Engineering (GhIE).

Mr. Ninsin brings on board a great wealth of administrative and engineering experience to GLICO.

Asare Asiedu Amponsah

Mr. Asare is the Estates Manager for GLICO Properties Ltd responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of all the built assets of GLICO Group under our management.

He has extensive experience spanning from Business Development through Project Management to Estate and Facilities Management, in the past decade of his professional career. Having worked with local and international organizations such as Ghana Technology University College (GTUC), Danywise Estate and Construction, 9BS Group and Telecenter Hotel and Apartments, Asare has built and extensive network in the Real Estate and Hospitality industry.

Mr. Asare is a team player whose people management and human relation skills are immediately recognizable. Tenants, staff and clients easily feel at home engaging with him due to his exceptional negotiation, keen analytical mind, client centered approach to problem solving and excellent communication skills.

His experience in working with people from different national and cultural backgrounds throughout his career, has given him exceptional skills in diplomacy which he has brought to bear in his role as Estate Manager for GLICO Properties and which is recognized and respected among our team.

With a Bachelor’s Degree (Bsc) in Civil Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a Master’s Degree (MBA) in Operations and Human Resource Management from the SRM University (Chennai-India), Asare is an instrumental member of the GLICO Properties team.

Mr. Asare’s ability to think outside the box and constantly look for innovative and cost-effective ways to manage situations creates an environment of excitement to work in around him.

Wanda Achampong-Kyei Reilly

Ms. Wanda Achampong-Kyei Reilly is an accomplished business development executive with over a decade of rich experience in real estate, banking and marketing industries, with notable international experience in the UK property market.

She is entrepreneurial at heart, with keen interest in managing scalable organizations. She is organized; and works effectively within multicultural and multiracial environments. She has keen focus on business development and strategy deployment.

Wanda has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom and a professional Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.

Prior to joining GLICO, Wanda worked as Project Manager for Hughes Network Systems, Milton Keynes; as Compliance Supervisor for Abbey National Bank PLC (now known as Santander Bank) London; as Marketing Executive for McCann Homes, Milton Keynes. and as Pensions Review Analyst for Equitable Life Assurance Society Group, Aylesbury.

She joined Glico Group in 2010 as Business Development Executive, reporting to the Group Executive Director. In 2013, she was appointed as Estate Manager to lead and manage the newly formed Glico Properties and has since September 2020 been appointed as its Managing Director.

She was also appointed Director to the Board of ETranzact Ghana Limited in September 2021 and as its Acting/ Interim Chairman in April 2022. She currently serves on the Boards of Glico Pensions Trustee Company Ltd. and Glico Group Ltd.

Wanda, a lover of arts and films, is an avid traveler with significant cultural exposure.

How much does your professional Property Management cost?

Generally, the cost of management is a percentage of the monthly gross rent. The percentage will vary depending on property type and size. However as a rule of thumb, you can expect to pay anywhere between 5% and 10% depending on your property type, size, and requirements. For seasonal and short term rental properties management fees are slightly higher.
